At Lighted Address Numbers, we would like to make sure you have a satisfactory buying experience with us and we will make it right every time. We will take responsibility for any damaged or defective products sent to you and will send you replacement to make sure you receive full functioning products.
- All custom house number sales are final.
- The display of the house numbers on the product page is a mockup for reference purposes only and doesn't necessarily reflect how it will exactly look in reality (should be very close).
We will not be able to accept any order cancellation requests once the order has been placed, even in the case of incorrect orders or no longer wanted items.
Due to the nature of our products and that they are custom-made for our customers based on their specifications, we will not be able to accept any returns except in case of damaged or defective products, we will take full responsibility in that case.
To be eligible for a return of a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Your items must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not be able to accept your return if 7 days have passed since the receipt of your order without contacting us.

We will check and examine your return once received. If your return is accepted, we will provide your with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges are not allowed since our products are custom made based on customer's specifications.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
